1. Delivery Locations

We proudly offer delivery services to all customer addresses located across the entirety of the United Kingdom. This means whether you're in England, Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland, we aim to deliver your order directly to your specified address. Please ensure that the delivery address you provide during checkout is complete and accurate to prevent any delays.

    3. Total Estimated Delivery Time

    The 'Total Estimated Delivery Time' is the comprehensive time frame from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your doorstep. This is calculated by adding the maximum handling time to the maximum transit time.

    • For all orders delivered to locations within the UK, the total estimated delivery time is 8-11 business days.

    Important Notes for Your Order:

    • Definition of Business Days: Please be aware that all time frames (handling, transit, and total delivery) are based on "business days," which are Monday through Friday. Public holidays observed in the United Kingdom are not considered business days and may extend the delivery time frame.
    • Impact of Public Holidays: Should your estimated delivery fall on or around a public holiday, the delivery schedule will naturally be adjusted to account for non-business days. We factor these into our estimates.
    • Tracking Your Order: While we diligently work to ensure all deliveries are made within the estimated time frames, external factors (such as unforeseen carrier delays, adverse weather conditions, or increased parcel volumes) can occasionally impact transit times. To keep you informed, once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number. We encourage you to use this tracking information for the most current updates on your delivery status.

    4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

    Upon the successful dispatch of your Leather Jackets order, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email. This email will include your unique tracking numbers. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active and update with initial transit information from the carrier.

    5. Damages

    Daran Design Store maintains responsibility for the condition of your product until it has been successfully delivered to your specified address. In the rare event that your Leather Jackets order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will review the situation promptly and guide you through the necessary steps for a resolution. 

    6. Change of Address Policy

    If you need to update your shipping or billing address, please notify us as soon as possible.

    For orders not yet processed:
    You may change your address by contacting our customer support team within 24 hours of placing your order. We will make every effort to update your details before the order is processed.

    For orders already shipped:
    Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to request a redirect or hold, if available.

    7. Ordered the Wrong Item?

    Mistakes happen! If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

    If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it.
    If it has already shipped, you may return the item (if eligible) in unused condition once received. Return shipping costs may apply.

    8. Incorrect Address Information

    Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

    If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at support@darandesign.shop.
    We can update the address only if the order hasn’t shipped yet.

    Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.
    We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages due to incorrect address details.

    9. Order Cancellations

    Need to cancel your order? Contact us at support@darandesign.shop. within 24 hours of placing your order.

    If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll process the cancellation and issue a full refund.
    If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled — but you may be eligible for a return once you receive it.

    Sales Tax

    Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and will be added to your order where applicable, in accordance with local and state tax laws.
