We accept returns for items purchased from Daran Design Store within the United Kingdom. This applies to both:
- Defective Products: Items that arrive faulty, damaged, or not as described.
- Non-Defective Products: Items returned due to incorrect size, color preference, or change of mind.
2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

4. Exchanges
We make exchanges simple and hassle-free—whether your item is defective or you simply changed your mind.

Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fee for returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize.
Please contact us at support@darandesign.shop within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the issue, and we’ll resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

5. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and received:

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
